Intermediate level full day workshop with Gerry Chambers
Event Description:
SWLSIY is delighted Gerry is leading this workshop for us, postponed from 2020. Morning class will be followed by a short lunch break, with the afternoon session including yoga sutra study and pranayama.
It is suitable for those with at least four years regular Iyengar yoga experience, including Level 2 poses.
Equipment: Please bring 4/5 blocks, 2 bricks, a belt, a blanket, and a bolster if possible.

Your place will be held for seven days from the date of booking, at which point it will be released if we have not received your payment. There is a maximum of 30 participants.
