In this 6 day Iyengar yoga retreat in the gorgeous Algarve, you’ll be able to unwind and hone in on your yoga practice. There will be plenty of yoga in a fully equipped yoga shala, sunbathing, and deliciously cooked meals in the beautiful Casa Cales which is located on a hill just outside Loulé with views of the sea and this old town in the middle of the Algarve. Daily yoga asana and pranayama classes with Priscila Diniz, which will allow you to deepen your understanding and Iyengar yoga practice. Morning asana practice and early evening restorative/pranayama class. The course is aimed for pupils that are not complete beginners to Iyengar yoga but of a general/intermediate level. The yoga studio is fully equipped, so you can travel light.
