Jumpstart – Late Summer workshop with Gerda

Event Description:

Let’s take some sunshine with us into autumn!
In this workshop, the focus will be sun salutations. We’ll break down the transitions between poses and explore each one in more detail, building towards a basic Surya Namaskar sequence. This includes specific Sanskrit chants traditionally associated with each pose. This practice enhances the physical benefits of the sequence with the added focus and clarity that comes with the chanting.
Suitable for all students with some experience of Iyengar Yoga.
