Iyengar Yoga Holiday with Sue at Palm Tree, Kerala India

Situated in a small peaceful bay, yet it is only a fifteen minute stroll or a short rickshaw ride from the shops and restaurants of

Kovalam Village.

Our yoga shala has been built on the roof so that we can practice with the India Ocean in our sights. It is fully equipped so

there is no need to bring equipment from the UK.

Each day after your morning yoga class a delicious breakfast will be served. On scheduled evenings each week dinner will be

provided. Kerala has great vegetarian cuisine so on our other evenings we will explore the many restaurants of Kovalam and

perhaps add in a little evening shopping.

We have our own restaurant and our own ayurvedic centre for treatments and massages. Excursions, cookery and Indian

Dance classes are available, details will be provided when you arrive.

Accommodation is spread over three houses – they each have wifi. There is a lounge area and a kitchenette for the guests’

use in Palm Tree House (where the yoga shala is). All rooms are en-suite.

Included: Airport transfers, yoga as scheduled, accommodation, breakfast, 8 dinners.
