Level 2 general workshop with Sheila Haswell

Event Description:

This workshop will have a focus on the study of the asana/pranayama of the Level 2 syllabus, building an understanding of these from the foundations of the Level 1 syllabus.

I welcome all experienced students, teachers and trainee teachers who want to further their knowledge of the Level 2 syllabus.
The workshops will also help to prepare anyone intending to take further teaching assessments but all are welcome to attend whether or not they plan to enter for an assessment.
