Level 3 workshop weekend with Sheila Haswell – Day 2

Event Description:

This is day 2 of 2 over this weekend.

This workshop is aimed at both teachers and experienced students who want to further their knowledge and practice of the more advanced asana/pranayama from all three syllabus levels. The plan is to study from the Level 3 syllabus and in particular to work towards understanding how these asanas are built from more basic ones, i.e. from the foundations of the Level 1 & Level 2 syllabus asanas. We will also look at teaching and safely adjusting students in these higher-level asanas.
The weekend is planned as a whole but each day will be complete in itself for those who cannot commit to the full weekend. Please note the different timings for each day (to accommodate travel for those who are not local but plan to stay for the weekend).
