National Iyengar Yoga Day 2026 – Trinity Methodist Church Chelmsford

Join us on Saturday 10 January for a special Iyengar yoga taster session as part of National Iyengar Yoga Day!

Iyengar yoga is a safe, supportive, and accessible practice for all ages, body types, and levels of flexibility, so all new or returning students are welcome.
