Northern Spain Iyengar Yoga Holiday

Event Description:

The four days of immersive yoga will be held at Hotel Torrecerredo, a boutique hotel in Picos de Europa and is located a short walk from the centre of Arenas de Cabrales. It is a charming hotel offering panoramic mountain views and direct access to nature and adventure in the Picos de Europa National Park.

The Park is spread across the provinces of Asturias, Cantabria and León, and is a perfect example of an Atlantic ecosystem. Packed with oak and beech groves, the park takes its name from the impressive rock formations here.

Yoga classes will be held from 7am to 9am followed by a lovely breakfast. Thereafter, you are free to explore the area or relax around the hotel until an afternoon session from 4.30 to 6pm and dinner will be at 7pm. We will transport a base set of equipment for the sessions.

If you would like to bring a friend, your partner, a daughter or son, to share the room with, even if they don’t want to join in with the yoga sessions, they can enjoy a holiday.

It is up to you to arrange your transport to and from Spain. If you fly, the hotel provides transfers to and from Bilbao, which is approximately a 2hr15 trip.  Flights are from Bristol to Bilbao or you could choose to add a few days onto the retreat either side by using one of the ferry services.
