Salute to the sun/rain – daily Iyengar Yoga classes for festival goers at the Tartanheart Festival, Belladrum

Event Description:

Fiona Sarjeant has been teaching this gig since it started in 2004.  Along with Donna Youngson, she runs one-hour daily Iyengar Yoga classes in Madame Fifi’s Dance Parlour – Thursday at 2pm and Friday and Saturday at noon.  The perfect antidote for all the revelry at this special festival, homegrown in the Highlands.
