Sunday afternoon iyengar yoga workshop in Hove

Event Description:

The Tree Of Life Centre in Hove is a fully equipped yoga studio.

There is free parking on the side roads between noon and 7 pm.

I am a level three certified Teacher with 30 years of experience so you are in safe hands.

maximum group size is nine people in total so you can get attention individual adjustments if you would like them.

I prefer to work carefully in poses to challenge our habitual way of working ; to learn how to stabilise the joints before we finally attempt to improve our flexibility.

I always include some Pranayama- breathing techniques.
