“Twixtmas” Online Workshops with Edgar Stringer

Event Description:

“Twixtmas” is the name given to the quiet, in-between days after Christmas and before New Year—a time when energy often dips and routines feel unsettled. These workshops will each combine active and restorative asanas to help you shake off the post-Christmas slump, re-energise the body, and refresh the mind.

The workshops are two progressive sessions, but can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone class. Each workshop is £20 each.

Suitable for those with 6+ months Iyengar experience.
