Yoga Day with Judith Richards

Event Description:

This workshop is the last in a series covering Anatomy and Physiology and relevant yoga practice. In this session we’ll be looking at the processes in the body – the major organs and their function, digestion and elimination as well as looking at the yogic concept of Sariras.

There will be a theory class, a short break and then the asana workshop. Open to all levels – trainees, teachers, any students wishing to deepen their understanding.

This session will be held in the Wallis Room of Long Ditton Village Hall (round the back of the main hall).
