Immerse yourself in a seven-day holiday with Trina at Casali retreat centre in Algarve, Portugal. We will base ourselves at the stunning Casa Li retreat centre only 35 minutes from Faro airport.

The retreat includes lovingly cooked food, twice-daily yoga, a beautiful swimming pool, hiking, and beaches a short drive away.

Early morning meditation and Flow sessions, and an Iyengar yoga class sets you up for the day ahead, where the time is yours to relax by the pool with a good book or go to the beach and explore local villages.  As the day cools down we come together in the late afternoon for our slow yoga practice.  This is the perfect retreat for anyone starting yoga or wanting to deepen their practice.

This retreat will give you the time to rest, restore, and rejuvenate. As well as the classes and sessions, you will have plenty of free time to spend as you wish.
