Yoga holiday on the Greek island of Hydra, Sept 15-22, Teacher Lorraine McConnon

Event Description:

Week long yoga course on the wonderful, car-free Greek island of Hydra from September 15-22, 2025. This is a great opportunity to deepen your yoga with twice daily classes taught by Lorraine McConnon. This is the 20th consecutive year this popular course has run.

THE COURSE

Yoga classes will be held every morning for 7 mornings. There will be a break after brunch for resting, walking, swimming, etc. We will have one afternoon free. The 5 Evening practices will be devoted to recuperative asanas and pranayama sessions. Lorraine McConnon is a level 3 teacher (formerly known as Senior 1).
