For over 19 years, Heliotrope Yoga Holidays have been providing inspiring yoga holidays in places hand picked for their natural beauty and relaxed, homely atmosphere.

Ros is a regular teacher with Heliotrope, and one of the most experienced Iyengar yoga teachers and mentors in the UK, having started her journey with Iyengar yoga in the 1970s.

This area of Turkey is so rich in natural beauty and also abundant with amazing ancient history. For those who wish to explore, we make it easy and affordable to do so.
