Firooza will guide you in an exploration of yoga as a holistic science, drawing on her profound knowledge of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and other ancient texts alongside her many decades of dedicated teaching and personal practice. This retreat will deepen your understanding of the subtle aspects of yoga and their transformative effects on health and wellbeing. Set against the breathtaking natural beauty of Paros, at this special time of year during the Autumn Equinox,  this retreat promises profound learning and rejuvenation for mind, body and soul.

The retreat is for intermediate and advanced Iyengar students and teachers. It includes 40 hours of teaching and the price includes full board, 3 organic meals a day and accommodation in twin rooms (single supplement available on request).
