Bio:
Claire Hanrahan first started practising Iyengar yoga in 1996, under the guidance of Julie Hodges, in Putney London; and after 7 years, began teacher training with Sheila Haswell. She qualified as an Introductory Iyengar teacher in 2005. Since then she has continued her training and has been taught by Sheila Haswell, Jayne Orton, Julie Brown. Passing her Intermediate Junior 1 in 2014, Intermediate Junior 2 in 2016 and Intermediate Junior 3 in 2019. Now a Senior Level 3 teacher Claire teaches group classes, 121's and workshops in Chelmsford, Essex and surrounding areas.Profile Info:
