Bio:

Star Claire Hobby has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching Iyengar Yoga since 2010. With teaching rooted in the Iyengar method, as passed down by Sri B.K.S. Iyengar, Stars approach blends alignment, intelligent use of props, breath, and inner awareness, creating a mindful and supportive space for students of all abilities. Star is inspired by the inner clarity that arises through the practice of Iyengar yoga. Experiencing asana as a conversation between body and mind and breath - a moving meditation where those aspects become a pathway to presence and an inner peace. Star looks forward to sharing the practice of Iyengar Yoga with you.
