Bio:

I qualified as an Introductory level 2 teacher (Level 1 in new syllabus) in July 2019. I have been practising Iyengar Yoga for over 15 years and it is a real privilege to share my practice as a teacher and help others discover the joy and benefits of yoga. I also run an outdoor education community interest company and I'm a proud mum of 3, a primary school teacher and a surfer. Yoga has and continues to support me immensely in all aspects of my life.
