Bio:

I've been practising yoga since a chance encounter at Manchester Buddhist Centre one blustery autumn evening in 1999. My first Iyengar teachers were Julie Royle and Debbie Bartholomew, who taught just round the corner from where I'd started to work. I loved the detail and understanding that came with Iyengar yoga and I was later lucky enough to teacher train with Tricia Booth, Julie Brown and Marion Kilburn at MDIY when my son was little. I've been teaching in Whaley Bridge and the surrounding area since 2014, and I love being a part of our Iyengar community in the beautiful High Peak.
