Bio:
I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1998 having trained at the New Cross Institute, London. I moved to Eastbourne 2003 and Qualified as an Intermediate Level 1 and 2 teacher in 2006/7. To share yoga, to observe how it touches others and to delight in the potential of unity of mind, body and soul of one and all humanity.
