Bio:

Helen has been teaching since 1990, she is the highest certified teacher in Glasgow. She has over 40 visits to Pune – where she has assisted Guruji in medical classes, as well as studying at the Yoga institute in Pune set up by Gururji. She is a therapy teacher, has classes for experienced practitioners, teachers & Beginners and runs workshops and holidays in Scotland and the Lakes.
