Bio:

I began yoga when I was nearly 40!   I found a true sense of well-being and calm plus better physical energy, vitality, sleep, balance and co-ordination. Encouraged and inspired by my own teachers, I undertook the teacher training and qualified as an Iyengar teacher in 2007. I am constantly humbled and rewarded seeing my students become happier and healthier and I aim to encourage individual progression in a safe and cheerful class atmosphere.
