Bio:

I teach at Chepstow Yoga Space in my home town of Chepstow, South Wales which is an attractive studio specifically fitted out for yoga classes with most of the common props available which I give guidance to use to help make yoga safe and accessible for those working with stiffness or common issues. Attendees of my classes say they appreciate my thoughtful and caring approach. I have built up my experience from over 20 years of practice in Iyengar yoga. I enjoyed the rigorous and thorough training that is required to become a certified teacher over a 4 year period and appreciated the opportunity to learn from many senior teachers who have all been directly taught by B.K.S. Iyengar. There are opportunities to join my classes for those who are completely new to yoga as well as those continuing or returning to yoga after a break.
