Jane Fraser

Bio:

Jane started practising Yoga in 1976 and has specialised in Iyengar yoga since 1979. After teacher training, she qualified as an Introductory teacher in March 1995, and completed her Intermediate teacher qualification in March 2002. She went to India to study under BKS Iyengar and his daughter Gita in 2010 and a second trip in 2018 to study with Swati and Rajiv Chanchani. Jane has been teaching Yoga for small groups in her own studio in Brighton since 2008. As well as general and intermediate classes Jane has completed further training and is able to offer yoga for those with remedial needs.
