Bio:
After training with Jeanne Maslen in Manchester, I qualified in 1977 and gained Level 3 in 1991. I taught locally for many years in Glossop, Ashton and Sheffield. When I retired from my 'day job' I changed focus from general classes to recuperative. I feel that I can usefully pass on my experience of yoga poses that calm the nerves and restore energy. I currently co-teach the Zoom Recuperative class at MDIY and, newly in Sheffield (since Feb 25), hope to continue teaching where needed. My understanding of yoga has developed over all this time as a practitioner and a teacher – I wouldn't be without its balance and calmness.Profile Info:
