Bio:
After training with Jeanne Maslen in Manchester, I qualified in 1977 and gained Level 3 in 1991. I taught locally for many years in Glossop, Ashton and Sheffield. When I retired from my 'day job' I changed focus from general classes to recuperative. I feel that I can usefully pass on my experience of yoga poses that calm the nerves and restore energy. I currently teach at the MDIY. A Slower-paced class on Thursdays at 1 pm, and also a monthly Friday Recuperative class. My understanding of yoga has developed over all this time as a practitioner and a teacher – I wouldn't be without its balance and calmness.Profile Info:
