Judith Waldman

Bio:

I am a Level 3 teacher and have been practising Iyengar yoga since 1992 with passion and dedication and teaching since 2007. At present I am teaching online and face to face. I teach +55's class online, and have moved my Beginners/General and General/Intermediate classes from the spacious well equipped Walter Sickert Centre to online Zoom classes. I teach a60+ class at Iyengar Yoga London Maida Vale. I am fully insured to teach one to one or small classes in my well equipped home studio, in offices or in private settings. Additionally I have also done numerous courses on remedial yoga for various ailments and assist at a remedial class. I attend classes and workshops here in London and abroad with senior teachers including Lois Steinberg, Sheila Haswell and Marios Argiros for continual inspiration, which I pass on to my students. Further, I have been teaching retreats in Turkey and Portugal for many years. I am also a trainee assessor and a registered Mentor. Keep in touch for further news.
