Bio:

I obtained my Introductory Teaching Certificate in 2017 and my Level 1 in 2020. I teach as part of a Congleton Iyengar collective following training and mentorship from Christina Niewola (Senior Teacher and Trainer). Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I attended the Pune Institute in India for a month of training and development in 2018 and 2019, where I attended daily classes taught by Geeta and Prashant Iyengar. I am fortunate to continue with my professional development through West Bridgeford Iyengar Yoga Studio in Nottingham. I regularly attend workshops and professional development days. I am a healthcare professional with over 35 years of NHS experience, specifically in cancer care.
