Kate Rathod has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1996 and in that time she has been inspired exclusively by the integrity and depth of the Iyengar Tradition. She has a direct and dynamic style of teaching with clear and focused instructions. She is positive and inspiring. Kate's ongoing studies are with some of the most highly appraised Iyengar Yoga teachers in the UK and India, and she has been fortunate enough to study under the guidance of BKS Iyengar, his daughter Geeta Iyengar and son Prashant Iyengar in Pune, India. Kate is a Senior Intermediate level 1 certificated Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been teaching for over 20 years.
