Bio:

I've been practising yoga since I was a small child with books and tv, later I found Iyengar Yoga classes at university and its been my passion ever since. I trained as a teacher with Lilian Biggs, qualifying in 2000, and have been teaching continuously since then. I've been fortunate enough to study at RIMYI, the home of Iyengar Yoga, in India on numerous occasions and continue to pursue my studies with my regular teachers in the UK, France and India.
