Bio:

I started Iyengar yoga in 1983 with Silva Mehta and am teaching since 1995 at the Iyengar Yoga Institute Maida Vale (London). My particular interests are teaching children/teenagers and therapy. I am also a mentor and member of the IYUK Therapy committee.
