Louise Sarri

Bio:

I started practising Iyengar yoga in 2009 when I was in the middle of a very busy final year in University. I had found something I loved, and very quickly recognised the physical and emotional benefits of a regular practice. I qualified with an Introductory Level 2 certificate in October 2016 after completing my teacher training course with Aisling Guirke in Dublin, and gained my Intermediate Junior Level 1 in October 2019. I continue to attend regular classes with my teacher in Belfast, Claire Ferry, and other teachers in Dublin and further afield. You can find me teaching at Maitri Studio in Belfast (maitristudio.net).
