Bio:

I have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1986 and teaching since 2002. I have Intermediate Junior II. In 2014, I created a lovely yoga studio, Yoga Now, with wall ropes and moved all my classes into it. I have a scoliosis and find working with ropes to be very useful. I offer classes from Beginners level to Intermediate, and am lucky enough to have some senior teachers teach in the studio too.
