Bio:
I have over 20 years practice and teaching Iyengar Yoga. I have gained my Junior Intermediate level 3. I train and teach yoga on a daily basis and in 2015 I visited the Iyengar yoga Institute in India (Pune)to help further my studies.I enjoy planning classes to suit all needs. I can recognise what beginners require and how to deal with mix groups.Im also enjoy to get to know my students in order to work out their best programme to ensure that the exercise works for them but does not pose any risks.Profile Info:
