Bio:

Have taught Iyengar Yoga for over 35 years, level 3 teacher (int senior 3 in old system) and have been to Pune on a number of occasions, the first was in 1996, an intensive with Geetaji and Guruji. Also studied the 3 year therapy course with Stephanie Quirke and have taught adults with learning difficulties and disabilities locally for 19 years. Not currently teaching a therapy class as all the students are now attending my regular classes. Classes tend to be of mixed abilities which works very well.
