Penelope Wright

Bio:

Penny teaches yoga in the Chepstow area and has a level 1 certificate. She has practised yoga for about 30 years and it has become an important part of her life. This motivated her to train as an Iyengar yoga teacher so that she could share the transformational benefits of yoga with others. She regularly attends classes, workshops and conventions with more senior teachers because yoga is a lifelong journey and there is always more to learn and understand. She is grateful for the peace, energy and positivity that comes from practising yoga, as well as the physical benefits. Her other interests which include plants, gardening for wildlife and improving the environment can be enjoyed with the flexibility, stamina and strength that comes from practising yoga. Her classes are friendly and supportive and students will be challenged to achieve their full potential.
