Bio:

I became a student of Iyengar yoga after coming back from a retreat in Turkey with Judy Waldman back in 2014. I was fortunate enough to find a local teacher and have been attending classes weekly with Karen Calder, who then became my mentor when I undertook teacher training. On the 10th anniversary of my Iyengar journey I became a certified Level 1 teacher and run weekly classes in Cornwall.
