Sarah Pettitt

Bio:

Hi, I'm Sarah I've been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 25 years and teaching since 2010. I have been fortunate to train in Pune with the Iyengars on three occasions, most recently in January 2025. My classes are in Manchester, including at The Manchester and District Iyengar Yoga (MDIY). I also take 1:1's at my home studio and assist in the Medical class at The MDIY. I have taught in primary schools and taken corporate classes for business. Each May I teach a Yoga holiday in Turkey, where you'd be most welcome to join me or keep your eye out for workshops that I teach at MDIY and locally. This variety of classes and students, along with my continued personal training means I'm constantly learning and growing.
