Bio:

I was first introduced to Iyengar Yoga when I was working at Granada TV studios in Manchester. Pen Reed (MDIIY)was invited to come to the Studios to give yoga classes and I was hooked! I got my Introductory Certificate in 1987 and my Senior Level 3 in 2006. I am a Teacher Trainer and Assessor for the IY(UK)Ltd and a member of the Assessors and Teacher Trainers Committee. Recently, I opened my own fully equipped yoga Studio here in Herefordshire for up to 20 students. I run classes, workshops and training courses.
