Bio:

Having been a student of Iyengar Yoga for many year, it was a natural progression for me to take a teaching qualification. I offer classes in the Bournemouth and Southbourne area, which are best suited for beginners and those with some yoga experience. I qualified to teach in 2015 and would love to share the benefits of yoga with you - I hope you can join me for a class soon!
