Agipeleka Giddings
AGIPELEKA (Gipe) is a level 3 teacher.
As long as I can remember I have always had an interest in movement and human science. Alongside my Yoga studies I trained in psychology, performance art, theatrical design, Dance and Pilates body conditioning including Feldenkrais. I love to bring playfulness, humor and energy to my classes. I strive to be innovative and above all attentive to students needs.
For my own teacher training and yoga development I have been taught by senior teachers at the Ramamani Iyengar Institute in India Pune. I gained my teaching levels from teachers in UK to whom I am very grateful for their thorough mentoring.
