Bio:

Level 3 teacher. I teach public classes in south London and also to small private groups. In person and online classes for beginners, general, and intermediate levels, pranayama classes and regular workshops. Private therapy classes on a one-to-one basis. I am interested in all aspects of yoga but particularly how energy flow enhances wellbeing.
