I am a level 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher currently living and teaching Iyengar Yoga in Worthing and Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex.
I maintain practicing weekly with my senior level Iyengar Yoga teacher – Cathy Roger Evans – so as to ensure I am best qualified and equiped to share the brilliance of Yoga!
I teach with enthusiasm and delight and it is always a pleasure to pass on what I know
