Catherine Coulson

Bio:

I am a Level 2 teacher living in north London, Crouch End.  I teach at local studios and at my home studio and run 5 or 6 different overseas yoga holidays every year.  I have been to the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India four times and have studied with senior teachers.  I am interested in integrating yoga philosophy into my teaching and practicc, and I’m especially interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga.
