Bio:

Charlie is based in London and Somerset. She travels to India annually to study with her teachers, Usha Devi and the Iyengar family.

She has been practising for over a decade and is passionate about the subject.  She believes yoga has the power to transform those who practise it and could not imagine her life without it.
