Claire Nixon

Bio:

I have been teaching general Iyengar Yoga classes in Colchester since 2002 and I currently run a weekly class on Thursday evenings. I obtained my Iyengar Yoga teaching certificate in 2001, after training with Penny Chaplin and Silvia Prescott in London, and the move to Colchester followed soon after. I am a member of the Iyengar Yoga Centre for Essex. By day I work in University management, and I recognise the benefits that regular yoga practice can bring to work-life balance. I strive to make my classes practical and fun.
