Diana Green

Bio:

Diana has a background in both physiology and garden design; she has practised Iyengar yoga for nearly 20 years. From attending her very first Iyengar class Diana loved the scientific, artistic and philosophic elements in yoga, and credits it with transforming her wellbeing and her outlook on life. She became a certified Iyengar teacher to share this with others. Her classes vary from fast-paced and energetic to more recuperative and thought-provoking.” Diana teaches an early morning class on Saturdays, a mid week lunchtime zoom class and at the end of each month teaches a 2 hour workshop.
