Elaine Man

I started practicing Iyengar Yoga in Glasgow in 2012 and have been teaching my own class for more than a year. I passed and obtained my Level 1 Certificate in June 2021. I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of Iyengar Yoga with others. As part of a healthy lifestyle I also enjoy running and really feel that one complements the other.
