Bio:

I have been teaching yoga and weekly classes for 20 years and practicing for 27 yrs.
I have trained extensively with many senior Iyengar yoga teachers from across the globe and India, including the Iyengar family in Pune. In the past 10 years I have focused my teaching on working with teenagers, which i do on a weekly basis. I am also currently undertaking a 6 year Yoga therapy training with Stephanie Quirke.
