Elspeth Campbell

Bio:

I teach in my home studio in Cambridge, CB4 for classes of mixed ability and my belief that yoga is for everyone. This is affirmed by the responsiveness of my students. I began teaching in 2016. I aim to inspire my students with the physiological and spiritual wisdom of asana and pranayama that brings integration, it happens within oneself and within one’s community.
I love that Iyengar yoga is so versatile, you’ll never have the same lesson twice!
